RTA #AU57076
Our four-bay workshop in Rathmines is the heart of the operation. All light vehicle servicing and repairs are carried out here, along with the heavy vehicle jobs that need a hoist, specialist equipment or controlled conditions — major engine, clutch, transmission and driveline work. Dedicated bays for light vehicle, heavy vehicle and fabrication mean jobs run in parallel, not in a queue, with a yard that takes multiple trucks and trailers.
For heavy vehicles and plant, we bring the workshop to you. Our service vehicles arrive fully equipped to service and repair most issues on site — at your depot, yard or worksite — so your machinery isn’t tied up travelling to us. Planned and booked in advance, mobile call-outs keep heavy assets productive and cut the downtime that comes with moving them.
When a heavy vehicle stops unexpectedly, every minute off the road costs money. Our mobile mechanics respond to breakdowns across our service area, arriving equipped to diagnose and fix most faults on the spot — and to get you rolling again, or safely recovered, as quickly as possible. This is our unplanned, get-you-going response, distinct from booked mobile work.
For fleet operators, we combine everything above into one managed relationship. We service light and heavy fleet vehicles alike — mobile at your site or depot where it suits, and in the workshop when it doesn’t — on a schedule built around your operation. One contact, one consistent standard, and vehicles flagged for attention before they become breakdowns.

Yes. Our fully equipped mobile service units come directly to your location, whether you’re at a depot, construction site, roadside, or rural property.
We assess the issue on-site and, wherever possible, complete the repair without the need to tow your vehicle to our workshop. For scheduled servicing and maintenance, our technicians arrive with the equipment, tools and parts needed to carry out the work efficiently at your location.
Our mobile service is designed to minimise downtime, reduce disruption to your operations, and get your vehicle or equipment back to work as quickly as possible.
Not for every vehicle in the same way. Light vehicle servicing and repairs are carried out at our Rathmines workshop, where we have the hoists, diagnostic equipment and tooling to do the job properly.
Heavy vehicles and plant can be serviced either on-site or at the workshop, and our heavy vehicle fleet service brings mobile servicing to your site or depot.
If you’re not sure what suits your vehicle, give us a call and we’ll point you in the right direction.
We do not currently offer after-hours or emergency callout services outside of our normal business hours.
During business hours, we can provide priority emergency callouts for heavy vehicles, trailers, mobile plant and hydraulic hose replacements where possible. These callouts are subject to technician availability, our current workload, and whether our team is already responding to another urgent job. While we’ll always do our best to assist, there may be times when we’re unable to attend.
As Onsite Mechanical Repairs Group continues to grow, we plan to introduce a dedicated after-hours and emergency callout service in the future to better support our customers. We’ll announce availability and service details once this service becomes available.
If you require urgent assistance during business hours, please contact our team and we’ll do everything we can to get you back up and running as quickly as possible.
